about the job

• Lead technical solution strategy, architecture design, service design, commercial frameworks for strategic, large & complex opportunities in your domain specialization, that meet customer requirements and align with business objectives.
• Conduct technical deep dives and solution demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing our security services value proposition, our reference architecture, methodologies and modernization offerings.
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
• Represent the APAC region as an influencer and thought leader within the global pre-sales community.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices, insights, and lessons learned.
• Advocate for the needs and interests of the APAC region within the global organization.
• Maintain deep technical expertise in your area of specialization, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Develop and deliver compelling thought leadership content focused on Managed Security Services and SOC trends in the APAC region, including white papers, blog posts, presentations, and webinars.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expert.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions and service offerings related to Cyber security.

about the manager/team
This role is reporting to a Regional Solution architect manager based in Singapore.

skills and experience required

• 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting role, with prior experiences in Managed security services business challenges.
• Deep understanding of managed security architectures
• Architecture & Design skills and experiences:
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
  • Distributed systems design patterns
  • Event-driven architecture implementation
  • Project & Consulting Skills skills and experiences:
  • Solution architecture documentation
  • Technical roadmap development
  • Risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • ROI analysis and business case development
  • Technical team mentoring and leadership
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the rapidly evolving field of Security services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to design and implement effective solutions to address customer challenges in network modernization.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
