We are representing our client, a leading European MNC that develops and produces radiation therapy and radiosurgery- related equipment and clinical management solutions. With more than 4,000 employees worldwide, they are seeking qualified professional to join their sales team based in Singapore, headquarter for Asia Pacific.

Business Manager, SEA

  • Reporting to the Managing Director SEA, the role will be focused on driving the achievement of the product solution business line budget for the ASEAN business cluster inclusive of direct and indirect markets.
  • The role plays a key customer facing function through direct sales, supporting territory managers and channel partners / distributors by providing expert technical & clinical sales support to drive project advancement and management of competitive information and handle projects / product related issues in the ASEAN BU.
  • Working in close collaboration with the territory sales managers, regional marketing team / business line management and local business partners to achieve the order budgets for the product solution business line for the cluster.
  • The role will also be the voice-of-sales for the ASEAN region for the business line and will act as a conduit to align objectives, strategies and deployment of in and outbound / analog & digital campaigns that will help drive awareness, funnel development, branding, customer satisfaction and business growth for both installed base business and new customer acquisition for the for the ASEAN cluster.
  • The role will also be in charge of driving sales enablement activities through sales training, development and deployment of sales tools as well as developing customer solutions that improve customer net promoter score and aids sales in winning new business.
  • The role will also be in charge of supporting customer development and customer success initiatives by driving activities such as reference sites, KOL development and other customer development activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Radiation therapy or business related) with minimum 5 years Radiotherapy industry related experience
  • Successful sales and negotiation experience. Capital medical equipment sales experience is highly meritorious
  • Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry, experience in Radiotherapy clinical environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled speaker and representative in social contacts
  • Strong multi-tasker and experience covering a broader region (along with all the travel it requires)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computer tools / IT skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent team player at all levels and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge/understanding of the company's product portfolio
  • Demonstrated strong business comprehension and acumen
  • Strong in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships
  • Results oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills
  • Strong ethical standards, values and good judgement
  • Persistent, enduring and prepared to make strong personal commitments
  • Tolerance to regular travel (up to 50%)
