Rently is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing our credit risk assessment and management strategies. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical background, ready to drive risk insights in our innovative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Innovate & Optimize: Develop and fine-tune credit underwriting standards and build analytical models uniquely suited to Rently's business.
  • Smart Decision-Making: Evaluate and approve credit transactions within your authority, while knowing when to escalate the more complex cases for senior review.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure every credit decision aligns with our company policies, risk appetite, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Risk Detection: Create and maintain proactive early warning systems that spot potential risks before they escalate.
  • Preventive Action: Monitor accounts that show early warning signals and recommend preemptive steps to protect our financial interests.
  • Data-Driven Improvements: Analyze trends in non-performing loans and historical data to continuously enhance our risk assessment processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to develop innovative credit products that address evolving customer needs.
  • Insightful Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven insights in risk management meetings and maintain thorough documentation.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience: A solid background in credit risk analysis, underwriting, or a similar role in financial services, fintech, or real estate.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment tools.
  • Communication Pro: The ability to clearly explain complex data and insights in a way that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Regulatory Savvy: Familiarity with relevant regulatory standards and credit risk management systems.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
