• Oversee and manage daily operational tasks while supervising residents (youth) during their regular activities.
• Provide assistance to residents with any challenges related to daily life at Centre, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Foster a sense of discipline among residents and serve as a mentor and role model.
• Assess, address, and resolve crises or conflicts as they arise.
• Implement individualized therapeutic interventions in accordance with care plans developed by the treatment team.
• Contribute to meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.

Candidates with prior experience in nursing, teaching, coaching or social work roles will be ideal.
