We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. The role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring food safety, handling customer concerns, and achieving operational goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for the food service industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees operations of the outlet, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Motivates staff and maintains an open channel of communication between the staff and management
• Hires and trains staff
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
• Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
• Manages and maintains stock inventory
• Reports daily sales

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
• Possess Food Safety Hygiene certification
• Singaporean/PR Only
• Preferably able to start work immediately

*UP TO $3500 + $500 (Monthly Bonus)
