As we continue to grow and scale, we're looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Prompt Specialist to elevate our digital presence through AI-powered media.

This role will focus on creating compelling graphics, infographics, and video content, primarily using AI tools. You will be responsible for generating innovative and high-quality media that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms while enhancing our PropTech brand presence.

Responsibilities:

• AI-Driven Content Creation: Leverage AI tools (such as DALL• E, MidJourney, Runway, and others) to create high-quality graphics, infographics, visual content, scripts and copywriting that supports our marketing campaigns, social media, website, and digital advertising.

• AI Video Production: Utilize AI-powered video tools (e.g., Pictory, Synthesia, InVideo) to create engaging and informative videos, including property tours, promotional clips, educational content, and explainer videos tailored to the PropTech industry.

• Content Optimization for Digital Platforms: Create versatile and re-purposable multimedia content that is optimized for various platforms (e.g., website, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring each format is tailored for maximum engagement and impact and continually refine and optimize content strategies.

• Content Automation: Implement automated workflows using AI tools to streamline content creation processes, reducing manual effort while maintaining high creative output.

• Creative Direction: While leveraging AI tools, exercise creative direction to ensure the content aligns with the strategic goals of Mogul Pte Ltd, delivering high-quality, compelling visuals and narratives.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all AI-generated content is aligned with Mogul's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual identity and tone of voice across all content formats.

Skills Required:

• Experience in AI-Powered Content Creation: Proven experience using AI tools like DALL• E, Runway, Synthesia, MidJourney, and Pictory for graphic design, video production, and multimedia content creation.

• Strong Visual Design Skills: Deep understanding of graphic design principles (typography, color theory, layout) and the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs using AI-based tools.

• Video Production Expertise: Ability to create AI-driven videos that include animations, motion graphics, and video editing using tools like Pictory, InVideo, or Runway.

• Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to leverage AI tools like GPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai to generate scripts, social media posts, and blog content that engage our audience and reflect the voice of the brand.

• Experience with Content Automation Tools: Familiarity with platforms like Zapier, Integromat, or Notion to automate and streamline content creation workflows.

• Familiarity with Digital Marketing Trends (Good to have): Knowledge of PropTech industry trends and an understanding of how to adapt content to target the right audience (property developers, real estate investors, home buyers).

• Attention to Detail & Brand Consistency: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent, and adheres to company guidelines.

• Startup-centric work ethic: Strong ability to self-start, self-learn, and multi-task projects using the right tools to solve multi-faceted problems whilst requiring minimal supervision and incorporating collaborative approaches across various company disciplines.
