Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery Platform Management: Develop and oversee strategies for our delivery platforms, ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction.
2. Digital Strategy Implementation: Design and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience through digital tools and initiatives.
3. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor and analyze performance metrics, customer behavior, and advertising performance, providing insights for strategic efficiency.
4. Research and Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends in digitalization and customer experience. Monitor market trends and best practices in delivery and online platforms, applying relevant insights to enhance the company's digital strategies.
5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain thorough records of workflows, customer insights, and project updates to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Requirement
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
2. Skills:
• Passion for digitalisation and enhancing customer experiences.
• Basic understanding of digital strategies (e.g., coursework or personal projects).
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, or collaboration tools is must.
