- Monitor store performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention strategies are executed effectively.
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Implement customer service strategies to enhance brand loyalty and retention.
Logistics/E-commerce
- Manage product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions across various online platforms.
- Monitor and optimize order fulfillment processes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Work with logistics partners to improve shipping efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
