Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately allocate receipts and clear open items in banking functions.

• Process banking transactions and deposit incoming cheques.

• Generate and distribute aged accounts receivable reports to each practice.

• Conduct, summarize, and log regular meetings with Partners.

• Prepare and send reminders for overdue accounts.

• Follow up on outstanding payments through verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Address internal queries regarding credit issues.

• Maintain a collections history database.

• Monitor credit to ensure monthly KPIs are met.

• Provide general support to the finance team.

• Adhoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

• Minimum 1 years of relevant accounting duties

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
