• Meet and greet lounge passengers positively and politely.

• Clean & maintain all assigned rooms, toilets, areas, according to the set standards.

• Clean and maintain stations, pantries, trolley equipment and machines, in accordance to set standards.

• Assist in lounge operations when required.

• Display appropriate knowledge of cleaning procedures.

• Execute appropriate knowledge of storing and handling of cleaning chemicals.

• Proper handling and daily maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment after use, according to instructions and training provided by supervisors.

• To assist in covering any other job positions, as and when required by the working situation.

• Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.

• Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good customer service skills.

• Adaptable to change and a good team player.

• Physically fit and comfortable with standing long hours.

• Comfortable with laborious/physical work.

• Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment.

• Training will be provided, no experience needed.

May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed
