We are seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Project Manager to lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee engineering projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and senior management, to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure efficient project execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, operations, and other departments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices. Med-tech knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
