We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our company's regional offices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the company's financial performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the company's regional offices

- Oversee the financial operations of the regional offices including monthly financial and reporting activities, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, cashflow, debt financing, tax and audit matters, regional projects management and insurance matters

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws in the region

- Manage cash flow and financial risk of the regional offices

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including banks, auditors, and government agencies

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals in the regional offices

- Collaborate with other departments to support business growth and achieve financial goals

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- CPA or equivalent professional certification

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in Manufacturing industry

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws in the Apac region

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations and driving financial performance

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
