Job responsibilities:-
- At least GCE "N"/"O"/"ITE" qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Able to draft and write basic summary reports, official emails, and other documents as needed.
- Possess organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Resourceful, independent, and self-motivated.
- Possess positive and good interpersonal communication skills
- Able to commence immediately or a short notice period is preferred
Job responsibilities:-
- Gather and data entry of project site records
- Documentation compilation and filing, including scanning for digitalisation of records
- Preparing quotation for a tender enquiry
- Preparing monthly progress claim
- Preparing payment response to a subcontractor
- Raise purchase requisition/PO and goods receiving notice related to the project
- Attend to any other admin office-related matters
