Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Utilize Quickbooks accounting software for various accounting tasks.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties and assist in the preparation and submission accounts.
  • Answering queries
  • Collaborate with suppliers, vendors and internal teams closely
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and ad hoc responsibilities.

Requirements:
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges.
Able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness.
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management, computer proficiency, and communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with Accounting software is an advantage.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Fluent in English

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
