Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy
• Implement treatment plans accordingly to clinical standards
• Provide timely review of patients & document patient's progress accurately
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and assist in providing clinical education of occupational therapy students

Requirement:

• Recognized Degree in Occupational Therapy under AHPC.
• Self-motivated individuals
• Team Player
• Applicant who has prior experience working in Geriatric, Neurology, Orthopedic and Palliative Care is a PLUS
• Applicant must be willing to commit Saturday half day once/month
