We are working with a Digital Assets Start-Up to hire a senior Finance and Accounting professional where the successful incumbent will be working closely and directly with the CFO to manage the firm's financial operations while navigating the complexities of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management and Reporting duties encompassing month-end reporting and expenses, reconciliation, forecasting and budgeting, preparation of financial statements, and more
• MAS Regulatory Reporting, covering timely submissions to MAS, with an emphasis on crypto products and the requirements and compliance surrounding digital assets
• Support any projects relating to system implementations or improvements such as implementation or updates and testing
• Foster strong collaboration across the firm and senior management to drive strategic decision making
• Provide any ad-hoc support within the dyamic and fast-paced start-up environment

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in a CMS-licensed outfit or financial services industry
• Prior experience in MAS regulatory reporting
• Experience handling or treating cryptocurrency or digital assets within the firms financial statements will be highly ideal, or working knowledge on digital assets regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work closely with various C-level stakeholders and cross-functional members of the firm
