HR Manager (Compensation & Benefits / Payroll) - WC2

- Lead and manage a C&B team of 4-5 HR professionals.
- Oversee and review end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
- Approve payroll reports and ensure proper documentation for audits.
- Develop and enhance C&B policies, including salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation.
- Administer employee benefits programs such as insurance, leave, and welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, CPF contributions, IRAS tax reporting, and other statutory requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for payroll calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments for payroll reconciliation and budgeting.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of HR experience, specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
- Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B operations.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
