Responsibilities:

• Converting leads from our banking partner into sales by conducting outbound calls to introduce our range of general insurance products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best insurance policy that suit their requirements.
• Provide information on the benefits and coverage of various policies.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any questions or concerns they may have.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Continuously improve knowledge of our insurance offerings and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferably in insurance).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good to have BCP, PGI and HI Certificates.
• Product training will be provided.
