Job Description

• \tManage renovation and construction projects from start to finish.

• \tSupervise site progress, materials, and workmanship.

• \tCoordinate with relevant parties and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

• \tConduct site inspections and document defects.

• \tAssist in preparing shop drawings, project schedules, and reports.

• \tSupport risk assessments and communicate safety measures to workers.

• \tManage and coordinate subcontractors and workers.

• \tHandle Variation Orders (VO) and other assigned duties.

Requirement:

• \tRelevant technical knowledge and experience in construction/renovation projects.

• \tStrong site management, coordination, and supervision skills.

• \tFamiliar with safety, quality standards, and risk management.

• \tAbility to manage teams and work in both office and site environments.
