Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of finished goods and components.
• Coordinate daily inbound/outbound loading and material handling.
• Process delivery, receiving, and inventory documentation (DN, COA, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
• Conduct monthly stock counts and inventory checks, including non-working days.
• Maintain and upkeep warehouse equipment.
• Support the Manager in supervising daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, FIFO, DIFOT, and 5S compliance.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure consistent inventory supply and stock management.
• Assist in identifying hazards and improving warehouse processes.
• Implement safety and maintenance practices per OSHAS, 5S, and ISO standards.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports as required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, ISO, and safety compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Independent, team-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels

Working Location: Gul Way

Working Days: 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 8 am to 5 pm)
