Job Responsibilities <ul> <li>To provide quality services with efficiency and politeness to our guests.</li> <li>To greet and render courtesy to all hotel guests.</li> <li>To read all entries on information and follow up on the Communication log book during each shift.</li> <li>To receive all incoming goods or parcels for in-house guests or prior to hotel guests' arrival.</li> <li>To upkeep the cleanliness of the luggage room in an orderly and secure manner</li> <li>To process receiving and releasing of baggage of guests' in accordance to standard operating procedures.</li></ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Able to work shifts</li> <li>Team player</li> <li>Physically able to carry heavy items</li></ul>
