Parts Sales Executive (Indoor)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling enquiries from Ship Managers and Offshore Customers worldwide
• Quotations, order processing, issuing supplier PO & shipment arrangements globally
• Coordinate between Customers, Suppliers & Transporters/Forwarders for smooth parts delivery while maintaining cost efficiency
• Liaise with Service Manager/ Service Engineers on parts required to support field Service Engineers for local and overseas jobs (Urgent basis)
• Meet up with Suppliers in Company's premises to build and maintain rapport

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous purchasing experience of marine parts with either with a Ship Manager or a Ship Chandler required
• Technically knowledgeable in Marine Spare Parts from experience accumulated from previous employments
• Interested in learning hydraulic, mechanical & electrical parts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment; independent, responsible & driven to close Customers orders
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain rapport with Customers worldwide
