We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Cybersecurity to lead and manage cybersecurity-related projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. This role involves close collaboration with business and technology teams, managing risks, tracking project progress, and ensuring seamless implementation of cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in a corporate banking environment, with expertise in Cybersecurity & User Access Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Develop a comprehensive project plan with clear milestones and activities.
• Coordinate project activities with business and technology teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure project deliverables adhere to the organization's delivery lifecycle and compliance standards.
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring proper resource utilization and financial tracking.
• Facilitate procurement activities, including vendor contracts, approvals, and invoice processing.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on project status and key risks.
• Establish governance and communication structures for effective collaboration.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, infrastructure, finance, and compliance.
• Manage on-boarding and allocation of resources to meet project demands.
• Ensure all required personnel are aligned and contributing effectively towards project goals.
• Collaborate with distributed teams, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders for successful implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a banking environment.
• Proven track record in handling Cybersecurity & User Access Management project implementations (preferred).
• Experience managing regional projects involving both business and technology teams.
• Ability to develop and execute project plans with detailed activities and milestones.
• Strong expertise in risk and issue management, including tracking due dates and ownership.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, including financial approvals and procurement processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to anticipate and resolve project challenges.
• Experience working with distributed teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
