Responsibilities:

• Design and implement customized fitness programs for clients with disabilities or chronic conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to align fitness plans with therapeutic goals
• Provide 1:1 or group training sessions, ensuring safety and proper technique
• Ensure equipment safety, implement safety protocols, and adjust programs based on client progress
• Perform administrative duties, including documentation and data entry

Requirements:

• Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science or Degree in Physiotherapy (related field)
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM) preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience as a fitness trainer or therapy associate
