Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting casework, group work, and community development efforts by assisting in assessments, care planning, intervention implementation, and outcome evaluation.
• Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, drafting case notes, coordinating community resources, and supporting programme planning and execution.
• Contributes to research, crisis response, and professional practice improvement through data collection, adherence to standards, and self-care planning.
• Any other duties as assigned

Period:

• 6 to 9 months contract

Location:

• East and Northeast, various to be confirmed

Working Hours:

• 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Hours may differ slightly depending on company needs

Salary:

• Up to $2,740

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Social Services or related fields
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills
