Job Description
Requirements
- Responsible for managing a team of Architectural coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;
- Attend technical and site meetings with consultants;
- Study Architectural drawings and coordinate Architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues;
- Architectural planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing
- Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and architectural documents and drawing
- Ensure Architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to Architectural works;
- Supervise the progress of Architectural works on site;
- Coordination of sub-contractor's Architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture/Building
- 5-8 years' of working experiences in main contractor companies preferably in large scale commercial projects
- Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understand in Autocad/ BIM/ construction drawing/ architectural drawings
