Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should hold a relevant bachelor's degree, with C&B qualifications being a plus. You should have at least 10 years of HR experience, including 5 years focused on compensation and benefits in large organizations. Proficiency in Excel is essential, with the ability to manage large datasets efficiently; knowledge of macros and VBA is an advantage. Additionally, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage executive compensation plans (salary, bonuses, stock options, benefits) aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
- Oversee the annual compensation cycle, including target setting, funding, achievement tracking, and salary reviews for cash and equity-based programs.
- Advise senior leadership on legislative changes and tax laws affecting executive compensation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to implement compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies.
- Create communication strategies to convey compensation plans and updates to executives and stakeholders.
- Lead the preparation of the Annual Report's executive compensation section, ensuring consistency across departments.
- Support senior management operationally and assist in due diligence for M&A activities.
- Contribute to global compensation, benefits, and mobility projects, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
