Job Description & Responsibility:

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, returns, exchanges, and promote loyalty programs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments), handle tax refunds for tourists, and manage mall reward points accumulation and redemption.
• Scan, bag items carefully, maintain an organized checkout area, and ensure the accurate reconciliation of receipts and cash drawers.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized, support store operations, stock shelves, and assist team members as needed.
• Follow company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions while monitoring for theft or fraudulent activities to maintain store integrity.

Requirements:

• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required; entry-level candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply, and training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
