Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the largest indoor children's playground in Singapore! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will support the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services for Kiztopia's outlets in Singapore and overseas. You will also collaborate closely with product manufacturers and suppliers to ensure product design and quality meet our requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the company's procurement activities, ensuring all sourcing and purchasing align with business needs.

2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and operational efficiency.

3. Conduct spend analysis and market research to support sourcing strategies and annual procurement planning.

4. Review and assess supplier performance, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company standards.

5. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and service levels.

6. Oversee logistics and warehouse operations to ensure smooth inventory flow and timely delivery of goods.

7. Analyse past and future demand trends, monitor inventory levels, and plan procurement cycles effectively.

8. Lead procurement cost reduction initiatives and optimize purchasing decisions within budget constraints.

9. Plan and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost-effective and value-driven sourcing.

10. Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reports to provide insights on procurement performance and spending trends.

11. Provide training and raise awareness on responsible sourcing practices among employees, suppliers, and stakeholders.

12. Support the implementation of Group Procurement policies, strategies, and initiatives.

13. Manage and oversee the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure efficiency and professional development.

14. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 5 years working experience in procurement.

2. Good organizational and analytical skills.

3. Good interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.

4. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiar with Chinese manufacturers network and marketplace platforms like Taobao and 1688.

6. Ability to communicate well with counterparts based in China.

7. Prior experience in international shipping and importing is a plus.

Qualifications Requirements:

1. Degree in Purchasing, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, or any related fields.
