As a Nurse Manager (Oncology), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee and enhance concierge services to ensure personalized care and patient satisfaction.
• Manage daily clinical operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead and support clinic staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Optimize resource utilization and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical care and patient experience.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care and overall clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Managerial experience in clinic setting
