Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager to lead the Microsoft and AI sales business targeting C-level executives and IT leaders in APAC.
The ideal candidate should have good experience working with medium to large companies and partners in the region and have a track record of meeting sales targets.
He should possess strong expertise in pitching solutions that align with organizational objectives, and facilitate collaboration with IT teams to deliver seamless implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Selling:
• Identify and engage CXOs to understand their business challenges and priorities.
• Develop and deliver compelling solution pitches leveraging a business-backward approach.
• Proven ability in running campaigns, generating qualified leads and closing strategic deals across the region.
• Build trust and credibility with decision-makers across business and IT.
Solution Expertise:
• Proven ability to engage with diverse industries and business functions, understanding client's unique challenges and tailoring Avensys solutions to address client's operational and strategic needs.
• Articulate the value of Microsoft solutions, including Dynamics 365, Business Central, AI Studio, Copilot, Power Platform and Fabric.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI services, LLMs, Microsoft AI and cloud offerings, ensuring they are incorporated into MS and AI solution strategies.
• Good network within Microsoft eco-system (OEM, partners)
Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Collaborate with IT teams and pre-sales teams to ensure technical alignment and feasibility of solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring a unified approach to solution delivery.
Sales Management:
• Drive the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses.
• Proactively collaborate with internal sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to seamlessly drive opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle.
• Negotiate complex deals, as defined by scope, size, and the nature of the issues.
• Work with our key partner to create winning deal strategy through to execution
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to refine strategies and effectively differentiate Microsoft solutions.
Lead Generation and Marketing:
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to drive lead generation efforts and secure high-quality meetings with potential clients.
• Partner with marketing teams to execute impactful lead generation activities, including email campaigns, webinars, workshops, and both online and offline events.
• Leverage networks such as industry associations, government agencies, and forums to expand outreach and uncover new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in solution selling (8+ years), with a track record of engaging with CXOs and IT leaders.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Business Central, AI Studio, Copilot, Power Platform and Fabric.
• Knowledge of selling emerging AI products and services.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Familiarity with AI and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
• Experience working with a Microsoft Partner in the "Business Applications" or "Data and AI" category is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience in managing opportunities across diverse regions, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances to effectively advance and close deals.
• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo etc) and other relevant marketing platforms to generate leads.
