Project Management.

• Attend the Management meetings and go on Site Survey with Clients to understand Project scope of work

• And prepare a Quotation for Upgrading Projects & Shut down and Maintenance works.

• Once awarded the Shutdown & Maintenance jobs, conduct an internal meeting with our site team, explain the job scopes, understand their work scope and requirements.

• Do the Schedule plan each activities and execute the job with in schedule and budget as planned.

• Arrange Cranes and Lorry Cranes and Hydraulic Torqueing Team and NDE Contractors for Shutdown work support.

• Split Job scopes assignment to Individual sub-contractors (Cvil & Mech/Piping and E&I and Rotating Equipment's and Hydro jetting).

• To supervise and implement the works according to the schedule and requirements.

Monitoring Review & Approval of all Claims and Purchasing and Manpower and Mater

Safety Management.

• Ensuring all safety rules and safe work procedures are followed by themselves and by other working in and around the machinery.

• All injuries and near misses being reported and followed up on in a timely manner.

• Actively participate in accident/incident investigations.

• Housekeeping standards and expectations are maintained.

• Providing leadership and active participation in team safety meetings, discussions, and training opportunities.

• Following all safety procedures such as Lockout/Tag out, Confined Space, PPE, etc.

• Lead and/or participate in crew discussions (both within maintenance and with operations) prior to major events, i.e. down days, etc., emphasizing Job Hazard Analyses prior to commencing work.

• Ensure crew has adequate supply of required safety equipment.

• First Responder responsibilities as trained for and required.

Mechanical Works .

• Plant Routine Maintenance and Execution daily basis as planned.

• During Maintenance we will do Online all the activities

• If Plant or Gasifier Trips find route case and act immediately to resolve and continue run the plants.

• ASU unit Steam Turbine and Compressor Unit maintenance and Service

• Cold Box Maintenance and Lox Pump Service and Installation works.

• CO2 Compressor Unit Maintance and Repair works

• Whole Plant Heat Exchangers Choke clearing and Hydro jet Cleaning works and Hydro test and reinstatement works.

• All Columns Tray replacement and Visual inspection if required conduct NDT activities

• Vessels and Steam Drums Repair works and Visual and NDT activities and hydro test reinstatement works.

• If found any leaks in plant arrange necessary manpower and materials to arrest leak as soon as possible

• Online Piping Modification and valves replacements as requested by OPS.

Do visual inspection all the flange joints and if required do the Bolts tightening with ops approval

Rotating Equipment.

• Pumps and Motor Installation

• Alignments works

• Overhauling

• Coupling and shaft alignment repair and service and installation

• Monitor Operating Temperature and Vibration and Record

• Do the prevent maintenance activities and support continue running plants

• Lubricant Oil Top-up and Temperature Monitoring

Analyzer Works

• Commission, maintain and operate process analyzers

• Provide timely status updates for all equipment at analyzer shelters/houses and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for all equipment

• Develop calibration and maintenance procedures and provide input for continuous improvement of process analyzers

• handle and operate GC ,Mass spectrometer ,instant analyzer, area detector ,PH Conductivity meter

• Maintain proper records of all jobs performed in the SAP application and participate in mechanical related projects and plant modification work

Electrical & Instrumentation Works

• Ensure quality of work and trouble shoot to resolve equipment problems during regular Operation.

• Commissioning, Maintenance, Calibration and Troubleshooting of all Field Instruments to meet the optimum reliability.

• And Improve the plant overall instrumentation reliability; including improving the PM program, recommending spares, replacing obsolete equipment, updating documentation, creating maintenance procedures.

• Calibrate DP wet leg level transmitter

• Installation and Testing Control valve, on-off valves, MOV (motor operation valve).

• Valve SMART positioner replacement calibration and trouble shooting.

• Conduct Prevent maintenance activities all the Electrical Instruments devices

• Temperature, flow, pressure, Level, Transmitters trouble shooting and installation commissioning works.

• Troubleshoot, support production for all control, electrical & instrumentation related issues.

• Reporting to Maintenance department for Instruments working status, action and focus plan in maintenance

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of LV, MV, HV Motor, transformer AND breakers.

• Chiller unit controller VSD maintenance and trouble shooting. Power cable, UPS, DCS, SCADDA, battery, Rack room inspection.

• Rack-in & Rack out the breakers, M-start module and safely proceed the electrical task with electrical standard procedures.

• Recognize malfunctions in individual equipment and perform maintenance as necessary to correct the problem.
