Role Overview

We're looking for a Deployment Specialist to manage the end-to-end deployment of KiteSense AI Tutor in schools and community programs. This role is ideal for someone with a background in education and data analytics who thrives in fast-paced environments and can work across teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute deployment plans tailored to specific schools, regions, or community programs.

- Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding, implementation, and user support during deployment.

- Conduct live or virtual training sessions for educators, administrators, and parents.

- Develop step-by-step onboarding guides and learning resources to support user success.

- Monitor platform usage and user engagement metrics to identify gaps and intervene proactively.

- Work with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Content) to relay user feedback and resolve technical or curriculum-related issues.

- Provide performance reports, adoption insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Support continuous process improvement in deployment operations and user success.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Data Science, Learning Sciences, or a related field.

- 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in EdTech, education, or program implementation.

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience working with schools, educators, or curriculum teams is a strong advantage.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and mission-driven.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with AI or adaptive learning platforms.

- with learning analytics or educational data standards.

- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, or Mandarin is a bonus for regional projects.
