Roles and Responsibilities

Provide administive support relating to patent and trade mark applications.

Maintain patent and trade mark filing/docketing and monitor deadlines.

Perform administrative duties including data entry, updating of records, e-filing, generating of quotation and invoices.

Perform any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in any discipline or equivalent with basic knowledge in accounting.

Meticulous and well organized.

Willing to learn and preferably with some working exposure to Malaysia IP filing or MYIPO.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a quiet environment.

Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Additional Information:

Salary is negotiable based on relevant experience and qualifications.
