Finance Manager

The Finance manageris responsible for overseeing financial operations throughout the project, which includes budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. She/He is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure that the project is financially feasible and profitable.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project budgets and cash flow projections.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
• Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that financial objectives are met.
• Communicate financial information to management and project teams.
• Manage risk and ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy; CFA, ACCA, CPA and other qualifications are preferred.
• At least 6 years working experience in financial management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Excel, and other accounting programs.
• Understanding of construction finance and project management.

• Ability to manage and lead a team.
- Good organization, coordination, communication skills and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in financial software, such as SAP, Excel, and other accounting programs.
• Understanding of construction finance and project management.
