Job Responsibilities & Duties :

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments
• Prepare and dispense medications
• Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for relevant claims, submission of eClaims via claim portal etc
• Administrative duties including maintaining simple filing, etc
• Clinical duties including chaperoning doctors, performing basic tests on patient (ECG, vision test etc.)
• Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
• Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
• Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

• Working experience in a medical clinic (preferred), anyone willing to learn is welcome. Training is provided.
• Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn, customer-oriented and with a high level of integrity.
• Preferably can commence work immediately or short notice.
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Residents welcome to apply
