Responsibilities :

• Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related logistics matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
• Monitor and improve service quality, addressing client concerns promptly.
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and service scopes with clients.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, including client profiles and contract renewals.
• Support the implementation of projects and supply chain solutions.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics experience preferred.
• Skilled in project planning and multitasking.
