Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert on Business Messaging product, partnering with Account Managers to assess clients' goals and customer journeys.
• Co-lead pitch presentations and recommend tailored solutions based on a deep understanding of the company's Messaging tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to build stronger relationships with client stakeholders, including those in business, technical, and customer experience roles.
• Deliver impactful value propositions and business cases, creating commercial strategies that drive measurable client outcomes.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and develop comprehensive client plans to meet business objectives, including managing forecasts, mitigating risks, and removing obstacles to success.
• Collect client feedback through both formal and informal channels

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 7 years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in managing complex systems and leading data-informed discussions.
• Strong executive presence, with experience fostering trust and articulating value to senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience or expertise in the messaging industry.
• Capacity to influence executive-level stakeholders and establish meaningful connections.
• Familiarity with the messaging ecosystem in Singapore, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia; knowledge of digital media is a plus.
