We are seeking a motivated and talented Postdoctoral Researcher to join our lab. Our research focuses on advancing the understanding of aquaculture genetics and genomics to address critical challenges in the aquaculture industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research using advanced genome editing and germ cell transplantation techniques in fish
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights into fish genetics and biology
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop novel approaches for genetic improvement
• Prepare manuscripts for publication in high-impact journals
• Present findings at scientific conferences and seminars

Requirements:

• PhD in fish biology or genetics and genomics with a strong focus on molecular biology techniques
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
• Expertise in genome editing (e.g., CRISPR/Cas9) and germ cell transplantation in fish is an advantage
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• A strong publication record in high-impact peer-reviewed journals
