Responsibilities:

• Daily routine care

• Planning and executing the curriculum based on our inquiry-based approach

• Partnerships with parents

• Preparation of children's portfolio

• Maintaining a safe and fun environment for the children to learn and play

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-T (DECCE-T)/ Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (CECCE)/ Advanced Certifcate in Early Years (ACEY)

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Passion for teaching children

• At least 1 year of working experience in related field

• Follow health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and rules.

• Guide the social and emotional growth along with confidence in children.

• Set up home-centre partnerships and quality learning environments.

• Show ethics and professionalism.

• Take part in centre initiatives and programmes.

• Take part in constant learning and reflective practices.

• Understand the learning and developmental needs of young children

• Use classroom management and document children's learning.

• Able to manage under stress
