Job Scope:

• Manage and grow online sales through company website and platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Facebook
• Handle customer enquiries, orders, and provide timely after-sales support
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and stock availability
• Plan and assist with online campaigns, sales events, and platform promotions
• Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements
• Coordinate order processing, payments, deliveries, and return handling
• Liaise with internal teams on stock, logistics, and marketing matters

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience with online shop platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Facebook)
• Able to operate and manage e-commerce functions independently
• Fresh graduates may apply only if they have prior experience handling online shops
