Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Carry out site survey and investigation of record documents
- Prepare functional and technical feasibility studies
- Develop design proposals and Architectural design brief
- Establish overall master schedule for a building project
- Ensure design is in compliance with all statutory requirements
- Managing design development of the project
- Execute tender procurement
- On-site construction supervision
- Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
- Monitor the making good of defects and final certification
- Responsible to the Project Director, and to mentor Architectural Assistants and Technical Staff
Requirements:
- Highly energetic, motivated, proactive, affectionate and very friendly
- Good eye for details and competent in codes and statutory requirements
- A master of time management
- Minimum Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Good knowledge on Construction Contracts
- Experience in working with HDB a plus advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and Sketchup
