Communication Manager

- Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent shall be responsible to:-
- Oversee Communications functions (both internal and external) for the company.
- Brainstorm and create compelling content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc)
- Plan and manage social media campaigns that gives insights into the Ferry industry
- Developing a content calendar to grow our audience
- Assist in media photoshoots, handling photo/video editing and graphic/web design
- Manage all aspects of communications, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
- Developing and executing effective communication strategies that drive engagement and support business outcomes
- Requires a strong writer and creative thinker with exceptional storytelling abilities, as well as the influence to inspire and connect with diverse audiences.
- Handle customer enquires and feedbacks/complains
- Any other adhoc tasks as assigned based on business needs.
