As part of our international growth, we seek a passionate and results-driven sales/business development executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage and consult prospective students on MAGES' diploma and short course offerings, especially
in Tech and Creative areas
• Drive enrolments by achieving monthly sales targets
• Follow up with leads from social media, events, and referrals
• Guide students through the onboarding process with care and professionalism
• Support and represent MAGES at education fairs, school visits, and weekend events
• Assist in outreach to Mandarin-speaking markets (preferred)
• Collaborate closely with the team to grow both local and overseas student pipelines
• Provide regular feedback on student interest, market trends, and lead performance
Requirements
• Prior experience in sales, student recruitment, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with Private Education Regulations (CPE/PEI/EduTrust) is a plus
• Sales-oriented mindset with strong self-motivation and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine desire to support students in achieving their goals
• Willingness to travel for roadshows, events, or overseas missions
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (for Chinese market outreach)
