Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Providing legal support in establishing a robust compliance system and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across key business areas, including gaming, data privacy, corporate governance, and others.
- Conducting legal analysis under the regulations and policies of Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries to ensure business legitimacy and compliance while effectively mitigating regulatory and political risks.
- Working strategically with business teams on contract review and negotiation for gaming projects and other commercial matters.
- Assisting in researching the compliance feasibility of various business models, analyzing competitive products, and designing viable transaction structures.
- Maintaining strong and ongoing relationships with relevant authorities in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries.
- Delivering legal and compliance training to enhance organizational integrity and regulatory awareness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized educational institution;
- Admission to the Singapore Bar;
- At least 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in reputable law firms and/or TMT/Gaming companies;
- Strong understanding of the legal frameworks, business cultures, and regulatory landscapes in Indonesia and Vietnam;
- High efficiency and a self-driven work ethic;
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts;
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, particularly for handling legal matters in Indonesia.
