Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager

Job Description

• Good knowledge of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.
• Good track records of various mega projects, A&A, new build.
• Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
• Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
• Manage and oversee a few project teams.
• Resolve critical technical issues which the junior PMs are unable to resolve.

Requirement

• Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering
• Min 10 years experience in M&E projects For Senior PM
• Min 5 years experience in M&E projects For PM
• Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
• Salary are based on experiences and capabilities
