HR Assistant Executive / Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Assistant Executive / Executive to support our HR Manager and team in overseeing key human resource functions.

This role covers a wide range of HR activities, including payroll management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training, and ensuring compliance with labour regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth HR processes.
• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
• Assist with income tax submissions.
• Address applicants and employee inquiry.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding, conduct staff orientation.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Assist with the annual performance appraisal.
• Support manpower planning, budgeting, and the development of training programs.
• Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
• Apply for government training grants (e.g., NCSS VCF, SDF grants via the Skill Connect Portal).
• Organise company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
• Any other Ad-Hoc Duties
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
• Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
• Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters
