- Implement sales strategies to secure new projects and expand client base.
- Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and generate business leads.
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations and project costings accurately and competitively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure project alignment.
- Provide technical and commercial insights to enhance project profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven track record in sales within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong experience in tendering, project costing and contract negotiation.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
