Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Generate purchase and delivery orders and invoices</li> <li>Check all payment invoices for accuracy and prepare payments to suppliers</li> <li>Liaise with suppliers to place order</li> <li>Liaise with customers and installation team and manage installation schedule and routes</li> <li>Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders</li></ul> Requirements: <ul> <li>Able to perform and eager to learn</li> <li>Good negotiation and communication skills</li> <li>Able to work under pressure</li> <li>Computer literate and good communication skill</li> <li>Immediate availability/within short notice</li> <li>Working hours & days:5 days work week 9am to 6pm</li> <li>Working location - Ubi</li></ul>
