Responsibilities

General Administrative Duties

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
  • Handle daily transactions and client inquiries related to billing and accounts.
  • Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and build strong rapport.
  • Oversee incoming mail, faxes, and courier arrangements; manage office supplies.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • Register new clients and maintain an up-to-date client database.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and staff for scheduling and appointment tracking.

Sales & Studio Support

  • Maintain a well-stocked and neatly displayed studio area.
  • Receive stock and deliveries while managing inventory.
  • Assist in selling and promoting studio products and services.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in client service or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to address diverse client needs effectively.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest in fitness, particularly Pilates, is a plus.
  • Availability for a 5-day work week, including at least two weekends per month.
