Requirements
General Administrative Duties
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of written correspondence.
- Handle daily transactions and client inquiries related to billing and accounts.
- Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction and build strong rapport.
- Oversee incoming mail, faxes, and courier arrangements; manage office supplies.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the studio.
- Register new clients and maintain an up-to-date client database.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff for scheduling and appointment tracking.
Sales & Studio Support
- Maintain a well-stocked and neatly displayed studio area.
- Receive stock and deliveries while managing inventory.
- Assist in selling and promoting studio products and services.
Requirements
- Prior experience in client service or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to address diverse client needs effectively.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Interest in fitness, particularly Pilates, is a plus.
- Availability for a 5-day work week, including at least two weekends per month.
